Description: High-end interior renovation/HQ fitout. Scope included demolition of existing partitions, interconnecting stair detailing, re-work of the exterior bulkhead to accommodate an expanded shade pocket with custom Axiom transition pieces, and new office front construction with integrated demountable office fronts.

Description: Rock Spring completed the demolition and drywall scope for this 60K SF office remodel. This high-end project included Armstrong Metalworks Blades throughout, and was completed within an air tight schedule. The project won the Washington Building Congress Craftsmanship Award for Drywall in 2018.
