Training

  • New hire safety orientation for all field employees

  • All Foreman are OSHA 30 & CPR certified 

  • Majority of field emploees receive OSHA 10 or equivalent 

  • Weekly Toolbox Talks on all job sites

  • Ongoing training and certifications for field personnel (Fall Protection, Lifts, Scaffold, etc.) 

Supervision 

  • 30 full-time safety professionals, including a National Director of Safety, Regional Directors, Safety Superintendents and Safety Coordinators 

  • No tools, 100% dedicated to Safety supervision

  • All job site supervision holds OSHA 30 and CPR Certifications at a minimum 

  • Majority of our safety professionals have OSHA 510, and hold additional certifications including CSP, CHST, STSC, and OSHA 500
